		<description>Sorry to say...you're right, Karen. I don't think 128kbps is good enough for critical listening. I use 192 for all my stuff and I'm happy with that. I don't think 320 is required...it takes pretty discriminating ears to hear the difference between many of these stages.

iTunes has been offering high-quality download options as they are able to get permission from the labels, but I think it only affects maybe a quarter of the stuff they sell.

In my view, none of this justifies theft...but I often think the record companies must be run by complete idiots.</description>

		<description>Well, here's another reason people download illegally - the quality on a lot of the legal sites, especially iTunes, is crap. Complete and utter garbage. Whereas you can get a really good copy that someone has uploaded on a filesharing site.</description>

		<description>The only positive I have seen from file sharing is that it has forced many bands to go on more concert tours.  While I agree with you that it is theft, I do enjoy the over abundance of concerts to go to.</description>
