Those are some really great list of do-follow blogs, real gold. I try to find some time to comment on others blog on my spare time. A lot of the time it’s really hard to get around my schedule, nice post here.

I use a plugin called linklove on my blogs, and set the requirement down to 4 comments before do follow kicks in. I don't think it deters the drive by commenters, but I like that it rewards the people who truly stick around for the conversation. Wendys last blog post..Gray was wrong all wrong

I agree completely with the do follow theory. It is a great way to build a community with conversation and attract repeat visitors. Now that I have reached the ripe age of 30, I am also beginning to learn the true value of giving back. I totally agree with you. Giving comments should not completely focus on the links attached. Its a reward, indeed, but lets avoid spamming. This plug-ins are fun because it can start an interaction… Lets start a good one.

Your step to allow “do-follows” is enough brave. You give some people possibility to become more famous (via link to their site) but also get a bit headache with possible spam. I only hope that number of good comments will be prevailed over spam comments. In any case thank you for your doing. Btw… Btw don’t “Do Follow” and “KeywordLuv” plugins perform the same function?

I wonder how the blogosphere will sort out, because it’s such a swamp now — there’s genius and sophistry and lies and the pedestrian out there. It’s tough to distill what’s good.

These plug-ins are great to increase human traffic to one’s site, but should be use with value and essence. I allow dofollow links to my blog, but as possible, I delete posts which makes no sense at all, some even place their comments without reading the whole article. What a load of clobbers.

Thanks for expressing a reasonable view there. Lots of bloggers are almost paranoid about do follow and do not follow and they certainly have it in for keywords.

I have a nice schedule in place as to networking and commenting on blogs. I love to comment on blogs, even the no follow ones lol.

I love networking and meeting new people….I think it’s important to add value with your comment. I absolutely hate the “great post” and such, as it’s obvious what they are there for.
