Super-Quick Delicious Low-Carb/Slow-Carb Breakfast #1

No time for breakfast prep this morning. I had to drop my wife off at work, so swung thru Mickey D’s on the way home and ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel…without the bagel.

On arrival home, threw that on a plate and grabbed a CarbSmart yogurt (Raspberry Yumberry flavor – 4 carbs). Since I didn’t have any berries handy to mix in for extra flavor, I used 2 pinches of of Truvia sweetener (no carbs), then mixed in 6 almonds and one pinch of All Bran Buds for flavor and texture (the bud probably count for a carb…but I’m not bothering to check).

Quite tasty!
